Everything Passes - Tribute to George Harrison
In November 1970, the (triple) album “All Things Must Pass” was released, by former Beatles guitarist George Harrison. In order to honor and celebrate the 40th anniversary of the publication of this classic of world pop music, the album “Tudo Passa” was released, which is undoubtedly an excellent compilation that brings together Brazilian groups and artists celebrating that work by George Harrison. Unmissable!
The 18 songs originally recorded in “All Things Must Pass” gained new versions performed by important names in Brazilian music. “ Tudo Passa ” brings together established and lesser-known artists, in different styles, playing songs that were immortalized in Harrison's solo career.
It's an excellent way to pay a well-deserved tribute to George Harrison with this fantastic album. The musician passed away about ten years ago. He is the most enigmatic figure in the Beatles and one of the most efficient songwriters in the history of rock n' roll.
